Took my family here for lunch and we were not disappointed. The shrimp appetizers were amazing. The entres set a standard for restaurant cuisine that is missing in South Texas, top teir. We'llbe making another visit soon so I can get a bite of thr Nilgai chop which was sold out this visit. The cocktails are supreme and I suspect there is a mixologist on staff with the bartenders. We're looking forward to another round on our next trip.

We both absolutely loved our drinks appetizers and meal here. I'm keto so they went out of their way to make my frog legs without breading. Everything was delicious and done perfectly. We will be back. Thank you so much ...

Brisket empanadas are delicious as well as the pecan smoked cornish hen. Shrimp carbonara was excellent.

Every time I come back to Laredo I have to visit this restaurant. Came on a Saturday afternoon, I sat at the bar, bartender was a great chat and very friendly. The food was ridiculously good! Ate the ribeye which was delicious and even had to take a Togo order for later on. Would recommend!

Food and service was amazing! First time visiting for our anniversary dinner and we were amazed with the place . Chipotle chicken pasta is amazing . The wine was very good , I’ve never drank wine before and I loved it . Our waiter was very well mannered and just detail to mannerisms added to the experience in this restaurant. All though very packed , he did an amazing job attending us.

We tried s couple appetizers (Brisket Empanadas & the Ahi Tuna) Both were great and complimented each other. Salmon and Lamb for entrees. Finished with all 3 deserts: Flan, Cheesecake & Chocolate Cake

Restaurant looks great and service was really good. Food was delicious as well. The bread basket was a nice touch and had a herb bread. The Quail was great and the polenta was the best I've ever tasted with the aioli and spinach combination! Yummy! We were a large group and most everyone enjoyed their food. I'd go again.

Border Foundry in Laredo offers a wonderful dining experience with a menu featuring a great variety of flavorful dishes. The herb-crusted salmon is a standout-perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection (yum!). Their crispy French fries are a must-try side. Their brick oven pizzas are fresh and delicious, and i love the thin crust and light cheese. The inviting atmosphere makes it ideal for any occasion. It is a great spot to enjoy bold flavors in a warm setting.
